- Intent information — answers you give about your plans, such as whether and when you may sell, target price, and improvement plans and budget.
- Account information — email and encrypted credentials if you create an account.
- Usage information — basic analytics about how the Service is used (pages viewed, referral source).
How we use information
- To generate your home value estimate, potential value, and improvement plan.
- To send you the reports and updates you request.
- To match you with real estate agents and home-service professionals when you ask us to — for example, by requesting quotes or indicating interest in selling.
- To operate, improve, and secure the Service.
How we share information
- With professionals you ask to be connected with. If you ask to be introduced to a professional or express interest in selling, we may share your contact details, property information, and relevant answers with matched local real estate agents or home-service professionals so they can serve you. This is a core part of how the Service works and how it stays free for homeowners.
- With service providers that help us run the Service (for example, property-data and valuation providers, hosting, and email delivery). They receive only what is needed to perform their function.
- For legal reasons if required by law or to protect our rights and users.
We do not sell your information to unrelated third-party marketing lists.
Data retention & your choices
We retain your information while your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may request access to or deletion of your information at any time by emailing privacy@listprep.io. You can unsubscribe from emails using the link in any message.
Children
The Service is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from minors.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a new effective date.
