1. The Service
ListPrep provides informational home value estimates, improvement plans, and connections to real estate agents and home-service professionals. By using listprep.io you agree to these Terms.
2. Estimates are informational only
Value estimates, potential values, project costs, and returns are estimates generated from market data and your inputs. They are not an appraisal, a guarantee of value, an offer to buy or sell, or financial, legal, or tax advice. Actual values and costs vary. Always obtain professional advice before making financial decisions.
3. Not a brokerage
ListPrep is not a licensed real estate brokerage, lender, or contractor, and does not provide brokerage, lending, appraisal, or construction services. Professionals we connect you with are independent businesses solely responsible for the services they provide.
4. Matching and consent to contact
When you ask to be introduced to a professional or indicate interest in selling, you authorize ListPrep to share your relevant information with matched professionals, who may contact you by email or phone. You can withdraw this consent at any time by emailing privacy@listprep.io.
5. Accounts
You are responsible for your account credentials and for the accuracy of the information you provide. We may suspend accounts that misuse the Service.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service — including scraping, submitting false information, attempting to access others' data, or using the Service for unlawful purposes.
7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ListPrep is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for decisions made in reliance on estimates. Our total liability for any claim is limited to $100.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. We will post updates here with a new effective date.
